Smart Commercial Account Playbook - I wrote and managed the design/development of this accessible guide for Volvo Construction Equipment dealers. The playbook supports dealers in understanding and selling the benefits of this parts and service purchasing program, leading to a significant revenue increase for the program within one year. I designed the table of contents with hyperlinks, to accommodate its use as a reference guide, allowing users to navigate directly to the topic they need and then link back using the “home” button on each page.
Volvo Financial Services Brochure - I wrote and managed the design/development of this corporate brochure, supporting our brand message by including testimonials from key industry opinion leaders, both dealers and customers.
Prevost Driver's Guide - I devised the visually engaging layout for this guide with the motorcoach driver in mind. The layout provides a driver's point-of-view diagram and a color-coded legend, allowing users to easily find specific controls. The multi-fold print version allows a hard copy to be easily stored near the driver.
